Frédérique Nault started her journey as a health practitioner in 1980 when she studied Acupressure in the US. She then obtained her qualifications as a Naturopath in Australia in 2001.

Frédérique’s extensive studies and numerous years of experience in natural medicine have given her a unique insight into how to treat illnesses, which affect the body, mind and spirit.

She has been practicing the NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Techniques) modality since 2001, and finds that this method is the most helpful towards reaching permanent and long term health goals. Whilst she dispenses herbal remedies to most patients, in order to help with the conditions that present themselves, she finds that the permanent removal of allergies is the most helpful tool to eradicate the deep rooted cause of disease, and to improve the quality of life.

Frédérique is passionate about herbal medicine, she was trained in western herbalism and has deepened her studies of Indonesian herbs. She creates popular herbal formulas for her patients and their families.

A key factor in one’s health is our nutrition. As stated by Hippocrates: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. A healing protocol always starts with focus on the diet, to eliminate harmful foods, correct vitamin & mineral deficiencies, facilitate tonification, cleansing or balance. An adequate choice of diet, aids these natural processes to promote healing and the maintenance of health. We use food and nutritional supplements to meet essential needs, encourage or discourage a physiological process, or treat specific symptoms.

Frédérique is an active member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, a member of the Indonesian Naturopathy Society and a member of the Association of Indonesian Traditional Herbalists.
